On a somber day like today following yesterday's tragic events on the campus of Virginia Tech I have found my stomach in knots. I keep thinking what if that nutjob had decided to go to I.U. to study english instead of V.T. My little sister (Maria) could have just as easily been any one of those kids sitting in class not realizing their life was about to come to a horrific end. Or how many of us knew someone in the dorms freshman year at Purdue who we thought was a little "off" and reclusive but never capable of doing something like this. Just wanted to open it up and see if you guys had any input in this matter.

BJ, Demonic....I don't know what else to call it. I was talking with some people tonight, you know these investigators are looking through his stuff, journals, etc, trying to find some reason or motivation....that's just the thing. There isn't one. No reason, no motivation other than evil. Pure satanic evil. It has no reason, nor needs one. I first experienced that as I watched a friend's baby struggle and fight for its life. I mean, a baby! How evil does someone have to be in order to target a baby? The enemy just doesn't care. He is out for blood. Thankfully, as it says in Galatians, he has been disarmed and made a public spectacle of....that's good news. We don't have to live under his control. In light of recent events, praise God for Jesus!
